We heard the baby's heartbeat today! It wasn't very clear and we weren't able to hear it with the Doppler so we did another ultrasound. No picture though. Boo. :( This time it was an abdominal ultrasound so it wasn't as clear as the vaginal ultrasound we have previously had. I could sort of see the baby, but not really. I pretended like I saw it. Sad. But we did get to hear the heart, which made me feel a lot better. My lower stomach has been cramping some and I just worry A LOT about everything. My Doctor said that is just normal because my uterus is expanding. He said unless I have heavy bleeding, then there is nothing to worry about. We go back in 3 weeks and I will be one day short of starting my 2nd trimester. At that time, I can more than likely stop taking the prometrium that I have been taking every night. At that point the placenta takes over and produces the progesterin, so I won't need the supplements, hopefully. I still feel like I am probably having a boy. Everyone thinks that, except my little brother. BUT, I have done several of those silly gender predictor charts, and they have all said girl! I don't really believe in those things, but they are fun. October needs to hurry up and get here so we can find out!
Last weekend I went to my parents' and Blue Eyes stayed home so he could work more on the house. He is totally done with the taping and floating so now all that needs to be done is texturing, painting, trim and floor. It will get done soon. I hope. After he is done, I'm going to hire a cleaning service to come in and clean the house from top to bottom because there is sooo much dust everywhere from all the sanding he had to do! And then we will hopefully start buying the baby furniture one peice at a time. It's so expensive!
The wedding is in less than 2 weeks! Yikes! We had some pictures taken the other day, but I haven't gotten them back yet. I will post them as soon as I get them!
XoXo

Sounds like you've been busy!
The baby furniture could be a goodwill wednesday feature... maybe thrifting thursday?
I highly suggest craigslist, garage sales, and thrift stores for the big stuff. that can get super spendy.
TWO WEEKS!!! Can't wait to see the wedding pics :-)
oooo, so exciting! so much to do, so little time :)
